Key Responsibilities:-
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote company products/services.
Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and provide accurate information about offerings.
Generate leads, build relationships with prospects, and maintain follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Maintain proper records of conversations and update CRM/database.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for smooth lead conversion.
Provide feedback on customer needs, issues, and market trends.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Telecaller/Customer Care Executive/Sales Representative (preferred).
Excellent communication skills in
English and Hindi
(knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejections positively and stay motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, or call management tools.
Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred
