We are seeking a motivated and energetic
Telecaller
to join our team. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining our real estate projects, and generating leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries.
Explain real estate project details, features, and benefits to clients.
Generate, nurture, and follow up on leads to schedule meetings for the sales team.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for future business opportunities.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th pass/Graduate.
Prior experience in telecalling /real estate sales preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English).
Confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM software).
