Job Description

MS Excel, Negotiation skills, B2B Sales, B2C sales, Search engine advertising, Sales communication, PPT making, English proficiency, Sales follow up Generate Leads from various sources. Convert Leads into sales. Handling Requests & Complaints. Responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Major Activities :



Cold Calling for new Leads Answering incoming calls or leads. Serve Existing customers by after sales support. Inform about new products/offers to existing customers Fix a prospective meeting with sales Team Monthly Report to Sales Manager. follow-up and outbound cold calls.

TECHNICAL SKILL : GOOD COMMUNICATION, EXCELL,



PPT, EMAIL FORMATTING



Domain Experience Language Proficiency Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) Experience with software Communication Skills Team Player Confident & Soft-Spoken Great Follow up Skills Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints Persistent and results-oriented(???????? ?? ?????? ???? ????) Patient and able to handle customer rejection (?????? ????????? ?? ??????? ??? ?????)
