Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Direct Selling Agent (DSA) team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into sales for [loans/credit cards/insurance/financial products].

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database. Explain the features and benefits of financial products such as [loans/credit cards/etc.]. Understand customer needs and offer suitable products or services. Follow up with interested customers and convert inquiries into successful leads. Maintain call logs and update CRM systems with accurate information. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion. Handle customer queries professionally and resolve objections effectively. Coordinate with the sales team and provide them with qualified leads.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
