Make outbound calls to existing and potential patients to schedule appointments and follow-ups.
Handle inbound queries regarding clinic services, consultation timings, and doctor availability.
Maintain and update patient records and appointment logs.
Remind patients about upcoming appointments and health checkups.
Provide clear and accurate information about treatments, packages, and consultation fees.
Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow and service.
Maintain a courteous and professional tone on all calls.
Report call logs and daily activities to the clinic manager.
