Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and confident
Telecaller
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of the IT industry. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience looking to build a career in IT sales or client communication roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients.
Explain company services and offerings clearly and effectively.
Maintain call records, follow-up schedules, and update CRM tools.
Understand client requirements and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Provide feedback on call responses and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
0-6 months of experience in tele calling or customer interaction roles (preferably in IT or service industry).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good listening skills and the ability to handle client objections professionally.
Basic understanding of IT services (Web Development, App Development, Digital Marketing, etc.) is a plus.
Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to work under minimal supervision.
Proficient in using MS Office and basic CRM tools.
