Key Responsibilities

Make proactive outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about jewelry products, offers, and services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide information on product details, pricing, availability, and store policies. Maintain accurate call logs and customer records in CRM or spreadsheets. Follow up on leads and convert them into showroom visits or consultations. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns. Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
Requirements

Minimum 12th pass; bachelor's degree preferred. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or retail sales (experience in the jewelry industry preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools). Confident, motivated, and results-driven mindset.
Working Hours

Day shift: 10:30?AM - 8:00?PM
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
