Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads from the given database.
Answer incoming calls from customers to address their needs, complaints, or other issues.
Explain product or service offerings clearly and confidently.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for future sales opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for smooth lead transition.
Handle customer objections and turn them into opportunities with persuasive communication.
Requirements:
0-3 years of experience in a similar role (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
Excellent verbal communication skills in
both English and Hindi
.
Good interpersonal skills, patience, and a customer-centric approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Goal-oriented with a focus on results and targets.
Preferred Qualities:
