Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products and services offered by A&S Creations. Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide detailed product information. Maintain and update customer databases with complete and accurate information. Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and events. Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly and confidently to customers. Convert inquiries into sales and generate leads for field sales teams. Handle customer queries professionally and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain call logs and prepare call reports as required.

Requirements:

12th Pass / Graduate in any stream. Good communication skills in Hindi and English (any regional language is a plus). Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.). Pleasant voice and confident phone handling skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain positive. Prior experience in telecalling/sales/customer support will be an advantage.
