Job Overview:

We are hiring enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecallers / Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to handle customer interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers Promote and sell products/services over the phone Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the team lead Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions Maintain proper call records and update CRM tools Follow up on leads and close sales efficiently
Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply) Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills Confidence and ability to handle objections Target-driven and self-motivated
