Job Summary:

Hospitality Pros is looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their wedding planning needs, and converting inquiries into confirmed leads for destination weddings.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients who have shown interest in destination wedding planning. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and website inquiries. Explain the company's wedding planning services and offerings in a clear, engaging, and confident manner. Maintain a database of clients and keep detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and client preferences. Coordinate with the internal planning and operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding. Achieve weekly/monthly targets of qualified leads and confirmed bookings.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (wedding or hospitality industry preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi. Ability to build rapport quickly and handle client objections professionally. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Basic knowledge of destination wedding trends and locations is a plus.
