We are looking for a motivated
Telecaller
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining products or services, and maintaining good customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:
Inbound and outbound calls Explain services and generate interest. Maintain call records and follow up with leads. Handle customer queries politely and efficiently.
Required Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English/regional language). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry). Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset. 1 year experience required in customer service Day shift Female candidates only
