Job Summary:
ACS Pathshala is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Telecallers to join our growing team! You will be the first point of contact for students and parents--guiding them through our academic programs and supporting the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents
Explain ACS Pathshala's educational programs for K6 to K12, including courses and benefits
Follow up with interested candidates for counseling and enrollment
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM/database
Required Skills:
Good verbal communication in Hindi and English
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
Confident, polite, and persuasive communication style
Ability to handle objections and convert leads
Eligibility:
12th Pass or Graduate (Preferred)
