Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for sales, promotions, or service follow-ups.
Explain product/service details and offers persuasively.
Maintain customer database and update CRM records regularly.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues or forward them to relevant teams.
Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion.
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets as assigned by the manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Graduate (any stream).
Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language (if applicable).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and customer service oriented.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Persuasive and confident phone handling skills.
