Greet and onboard new customers, providing them with essential information about their orders and services.
Handle Issue Cases:
Address customer concerns, complaints, or product-related queries efficiently and provide suitable resolutions.
Maintain a professional and courteous communication tone at all times.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
