Nalanda Educational Institutions is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Telecallers to join our team immediately. The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage confidently with parents and students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to parents and students regarding admissions and enquiries.

- Provide information about courses, facilities, and admission procedures.

- Maintain call logs and update enquiry records accurately.

- Follow up with prospective leads and convert them into admissions.

- Handle incoming calls and resolve queries professionally.

- Support the admissions team with related tasks when required.

Requirements:

- Any qualification with good communication skills.

- Prior telecalling or admissions counselling experience is preferred.

- Ability to work under minimal supervision.

- Basic computer knowledge.

Salary:

Salary will be discussed based on the candidate's experience and skillset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
