Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Telecaller - Loan Sanction Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in loan processing, telecalling, or financial services. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, verifying documents, and coordinating loan approvals.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding loan inquiries and applications.

- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.

- Collect and verify customer information and documents necessary for loan sanction.

- Follow up with customers for pending documents or verification details.

- Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and final approval.

- Maintain daily call logs, follow-up records, and loan tracking sheets.

- Meet monthly targets related to lead conversion and loan sanction amounts.

- Provide excellent customer service and address queries professionally.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, loans, banking, or the finance domain.

- Good communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi (as required).

- Basic understanding of personal loans, business loans, and gold loans.

- Ability to handle customer objections and provide clear information.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is preferred.

- Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle customer interactions effectively.

Qualification

- Minimum: Degree (Any Stream)

- Additional certification in finance or banking is a plus.

Working Hours

- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
