Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to agriculture dealers, distributors, and retail consumers to promote and sell our products.
Understand customer requirements and provide product information clearly and convincingly.
Follow up on leads and maintain strong follow-through with potential and existing customers.
Maintain and update daily call logs and sales records.
Coordinate with the field sales team for effective lead conversion.
Collect feedback from customers and report market trends or competitor activity to the management.
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification: Graduate in Bsc agriculture preferred or any degree.

Experience:
Preferably 6 months to 1 year of experience in Telecalling or BPO.
Candidates with agriculture background or knowledge of agri-products will be given preference.
Good communication is a plus.
Basic computer knowledge for updating call records.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with agriculture products or rural consumer behavior.
Passionate about sales and customer engagement.
Self-motivated and result-oriented.

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
