We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain our domestic housekeeping services, and coordinate with workers on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
Handling incoming and outgoing calls
Explaining our housekeeping and domestic services to customers
Scheduling workers and updating daily task sheets
Maintaining customer follow-ups and call records
Communicating with customers through calls & WhatsApp
Coordinating with the supervisor for worker allocation
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Telugu & Hindi
Basic phone handling & WhatsApp knowledge
Pleasant and polite talking style
Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome
Female candidates preferred
