We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
Explain products/services to customers clearly and professionally.
Generate leads and follow up on inquiries.
Maintain customer details and update call records in CRM.
Handle customer questions, resolve issues, or escalate to senior staff.
Schedule appointments for the field sales team (if applicable).
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Provide feedback to the team to improve the calling process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass; graduation is a plus.
Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional languages).
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Experience:
0-2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or BPO.
(Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.)
