Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases and marketing campaign leads.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Explain product/service details, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly.
Maintain a strong follow-up system to track prospective clients and schedule meetings.
Coordinate with the sales team for appointments and follow-ups.
Maintain an updated database of leads, conversations, and status within CRM/Excel sheets.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation.
Provide feedback to management on lead quality and customer responses.
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
