Key Responsibilities1. Outbound Calling & Lead Conversion



Make

high-volume outbound calls

to prospective students generated through marketing campaigns, online inquiries, walk-ins, and referrals. Explain Amity University's programs, eligibility criteria, fee structure, facilities, campus life, and career opportunities. Follow a

structured calling script

while maintaining a professional and engaging conversation. Convert leads into admissions by effectively addressing student/parent queries and concerns. Achieve

daily call targets, lead follow-up targets, and monthly enrollment targets

.

2. Inquiry Handling & Follow-ups



Maintain timely follow-ups with all potential leads through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email. Guide students through the entire admission cycle: inquiry ? counseling ? documentation ? enrollment. Ensure all communication is accurately documented in the CRM system.

3. Counseling & Support



Provide personalized counseling based on student interests, academic background, and career goals. Assist candidates with application forms, entrance test information, scholarship guidelines, and required documents. Coordinate with the admissions team, faculty, and campus departments for smooth processing.

4. Reporting & Documentation



Maintain detailed records of calls, inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions. Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead status, pipeline, and target achievement. Update CRM regularly and ensure 100% accuracy of data entered.

5. Compliance & Quality Standards



Maintain a high level of product knowledge about all courses offered by Amity University. Follow university policies, code of conduct, and data privacy norms. Ensure high-quality communication and uphold the university's brand reputation.

Required Skills & Competencies



Excellent verbal communication skills in

English and Hindi

(additional regional languages are a plus). Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a

target-driven environment

. Good listening skills and problem-solving ability. Confidence, patience, and a student-friendly approach. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

Educational Qualification



Minimum:

Graduate

in any discipline. Preferred: Experience in

education counseling

, telesales, or customer service.

Experience



3+ years of experience in outbound calling, sales, telemarketing, or counseling.

Work Environment & Compensation



Fixed salary +

performance-based incentives

linked to admissions. Day shift (may vary depending on admissions cycle). Office-based role (location depending on Amity University campus/center).
