Make outbound calls to potential customers based on provided leads or cold calling
Explain products/services clearly and persuasively to generate interest
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally
Maintain call logs, update ERP systems, and follow up on leads
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
Coordinate with sales or support teams for escalations or closures
Collect feedback and report customer insights to improve service.
