As a Caller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote services, generate sales leads, and schedule appointments. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Duties
Conduct warm calling to prospective customers
Communicate product information effectively
Market products or services to potential clients
Utilize telemarketing techniques to drive sales
Maintain accurate records of interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM system
Experience
Prior experience in customer service is preferred
Strong sales acumen and the ability to pitch products persuasively
Familiarity with warm calling techniques and telemarketing strategies
