Key responsibilities

Outbound calls:

Make cold calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, generate interest, and qualify leads.

Lead management:

Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns, nurture existing prospects, and update the customer database with accurate information.

Appointment setting:

Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.

Sales and persuasion:

Explain course benefits, answer questions, and persuade customers to move forward in the sales process.

Record keeping:

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly.

Goal achievement:

Work to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team's performance.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
