Job Description

To Assist and take down the products list and clarify the doubts to the customers over calls.pany representative who makes phone calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services, generate sales, and answer customer questions.
Responsibilities
Generate sales: Make outbound calls to potential customers and close sales
Promote products: Explain the benefits of products and services to potential customers
Answer customer questions: Understand customer needs and requirements and answer their questions
Record interactions: Maintain daily call records, including customer feedback, complaints, and inquiries
Resolve issues: Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions
Follow guidelines: Adhere to the company's guidelines and scripts
Report progress: Submit daily progress reports and make documentation based on conversations
Build relationships: Foster relationships with existing clients and build rapport with potential clients

Strong communication skills
Ability to identify customer needs
Ability to adjust sales pitch based on the customer
Ability to negotiate sales
Ability to switch communication style based on social cues
Knowledge of CRM software programs and telephone systems
