Female Telecaller

to join our team at the KPHB branch to support our student outreach and admissions efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential students and explain course offerings. Handle incoming inquiries via phone and provide complete information. Follow up on leads and maintain a record of calls and follow-ups. Schedule counseling appointments and coordinate with the admissions team. Maintain a positive and professional attitude with all callers. Achieve daily and weekly call and conversion targets.

Gender:

Female candidates only.

Languages:

Must be fluent in

Telugu, Hindi, and English

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Office or CRM tools. Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage, but not mandatory. Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduates preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
