Job Summary:

The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and handling inbound inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong ability to engage with people over the phone. This role is crucial for generating leads, promoting our products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Outbound Calling:

Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads, promote products, and schedule appointments.

Inbound Calling:

Professionally handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their questions, and providing accurate information about our products and services.

Customer Engagement:

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and providing appropriate solutions.

Sales and Lead Generation:

Identify sales opportunities, explain product features and benefits, and persuade customers to take the next step, such as a site visit or a product demo.

Data Management:

Accurately record all call details, customer information.

Follow-up:

Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and convert them into sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills in [mention required languages, e.g., Telugu, Hindi, and basic English] are a must. The ability to speak clearly and persuasively is essential.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, or in a similar customer service/sales role. Candidates with 1-7+ years of experience are encouraged to apply.

The ability to listen carefully to customer needs and respond empathetically and effectively.

Problem-Solving:

Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues and provide suitable solutions.

Patience and Resilience:

The ability to stay calm and professional while handling a high volume of calls and dealing with rejections.

Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet targets efficiently.

Competitive, based on skills, experience, and interview performance, with performance-based incentives and bonuses.
