Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to clients and follow up on legal queries or documentation Explain legal services and guide clients through case procedures Maintain proper call records and update client status in CRM software Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries politely and professionally Schedule appointments and coordinate with the legal team Ensure confidentiality and clear communication at all times

Candidate Requirements

12th pass or any graduate (freshers can apply) 0-1 year experience in

tele calling

or customer support Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and

Telugu

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software Polite, patient, and confident while speaking on the phone Willingness to learn and grow in a legal work environment
