Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads
Explain product or service offerings clearly and confidently
Follow communication scripts and sales guidelines
Handle objections and provide relevant information to build interest
Record customer details and conversation outcomes accurately
Follow up on leads regularly to drive conversions
Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Maintain professionalism and customer focus in every interaction

Requirements:
10th / 12th pass or graduate (any stream)
Good communication skills in [Hindi, English, or Telugu]
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM usage a plus)
Confidence, persistence, and a positive attitude
Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure
Previous experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer service is a plus (not mandatory)
