Saideepa Hospital is seeking an experienced and dedicated Telecaller with 3-5 years of experience in a multi-specialty hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, converting patient inquiries into appointments, and managing appointment bookings via WhatsApp. If you're proactive, customer-oriented, and have strong communication skills, we'd love to hear from you!

Only with Hospital Experience are Preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all incoming and outgoing calls from patients, providing accurate information and converting inquiries into confirmed appointments. Manage appointment bookings through WhatsApp, responding to patient queries promptly and professionally. Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and appointment schedules. Coordinate with relevant hospital departments to ensure smooth scheduling and follow-up. Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain a courteous and friendly approach during all interactions. Provide support to patients regarding any additional information related to hospital services and doctors. Act as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

3-5 years of experience working as a Telecaller in a multi-specialty hospital. Fluency in Telugu, English, and Hindi is a must. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to convert calls into appointments and manage multiple communication channels (calls, WhatsApp). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and handle patient queries with patience and empathy. Any degree or equivalent educational qualification.
