Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining our products or services, and maintaining positive customer relationships. You will play a key role in generating leads, closing sales, and providing excellent customer support over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products and services Answer customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the company Record details of conversations and follow up as needed Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to products or services Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions

Requirements

Minimum 12th grade; graduation preferred Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to persuade and handle rejection calmly Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory Goal-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
