: We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Telecaller to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a good understanding of Excel and Word documents. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers, address inquiries, and provide them with accurate information. You will also assist with data management and reporting tasks using Excel and Word.

Key Responsibilities

:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally. Provide detailed product/service information and assist with customer inquiries. Maintain accurate customer records and update data in CRM systems. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel and Word. Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers. Manage data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during calls. Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi (ability to communicate in additional languages is a plus). Proficient in MS Excel (ability to create and manage reports, use formulas, and generate graphs) and MS Word (document formatting, creating reports, etc.). Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred. Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good listening skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage. Positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.

Desired Experience

:

1-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or related roles. Knowledge of Excel functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas is highly desirable.

Working Hours

:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (with flexibility for weekend shifts, if necessary).

Salary

:

Competitive salary based on experience.
