FTR Holidays is hiring enthusiastic Telecallers with a background in telecalling or travel sales. The role involves handling customer inquiries, explaining travel packages, and converting leads into bookings through confident communication in Hindi and English.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to travel leads and follow up on inquiries
Explain domestic & international tour packages and offers
Convert leads into confirmed bookings
Maintain call logs and customer details
Handle customer queries professionally and politely
Requirements
Fluency in
Hindi & English (spoken)
Prior experience in
telecalling / travel sales / customer calling
preferred
Must own a
personal laptop (basic configuration; under ?15,000 acceptable)
Stable internet connection and headset
Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills
Comfortable working with targets and follow-ups
