. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, verifying their travel requirements, and passing on qualified leads to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads received through marketing campaigns, inquiries, and online platforms.
Understand customer's travel preferences (destination, budget, travel dates, group size, etc.).
Qualify and filter leads based on set criteria before forwarding them to the sales/consultant team.
Maintain a detailed record of calls, interactions, and qualified leads in CRM.
Follow up with interested customers to ensure timely communication.
Provide basic information about packages, services, and offers (no hard sales).
Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months - 1 year of telecalling/telemarketing/customer service experience (travel industry preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to ask the right questions and identify genuine leads.
Basic knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and services is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Hindi & English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
Comfortable working with targets and daily call volumes.
