We are looking for a

to join our travel agency team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, answering inbound inquiries, explaining travel packages, and helping clients with booking and service-related queries. The ideal candidate has good communication skills, a pleasant phone manner, and a passion for travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to generate leads and follow up on inquiries. Explain travel packages, destinations, and pricing to customers. Assist clients with booking travel arrangements (flights, hotels, tours). Maintain records of calls and customer interactions. Achieve daily/weekly call targets and support the sales team.

Requirements:

Strong verbal communication skills (in English and local languages). Basic knowledge of travel industry products and services. Proficiency in using phones and computers. Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
