Job Description

A "telecaller in social media" refers to roles blending traditional phone sales/support with digital engagement, where the person makes calls and responds to social media comments/inquiries, generating leads, providing info, and ensuring seamless customer experience across calls, chats, and platforms like Facebook/Instagram for a brand.

Key Responsibilities



Outbound Calls:

Contacting potential customers for sales, appointments, or follow-ups.

Inbound Handling:

Answering calls and providing customer service.

Social Media Engagement:

Promptly replying to comments, DMs, and queries on social platforms.

Lead Management:

Generating and nurturing leads from both calls and social interactions.

Documentation:

Maintaining records of all customer interactions (calls, chats, comments).

Collaboration:

Working with sales/marketing teams to align efforts.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
