Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
Promote and explain products or services effectively.
Generate leads, follow up with prospective clients, and maintain a database.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales or marketing team for lead conversion.
Report performance and progress to supervisors regularly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Bachleor's Degree
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support.
Work Schedule
Monday to Saturday (or as per organizational policy)
Flexibility to work extra hours during peak campaigns.
