Job Description

We are a leading IT Training & Skill Development Institute offering professional training programs in technologies like Full Stack Development, AI/ML, Data Science, Cyber Security, Digital Marketing, and more. We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller / Admissions Counselor to join our team and manage student enquiries and admissions.

Job Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain available courses and training programs. Follow up with incoming leads, calls, and walk-in enquiries. Assist students in course selection and admissions process. Maintain call records, enquiry database and daily reports. Provide accurate information about course fees, batches, and certifications. Coordinate with the academic counsellor and center manager. Convert potential leads into admissions. Handle queries through phone, WhatsApp, website, and social media.

Required Skills



Good communication skills in English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada & Hindi. Confident and polite phone conversation ability. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email). Should be enthusiastic and target-oriented. Ability to handle student queries professionally.
