Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, budgets, and decision-making processes.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and interactions in CRM.
Schedule product demos or meetings for the Sales team with qualified prospects.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Assist in email campaigns, follow-up messages, and customer engagement.
Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
