Job Description

Outbound/inbound calls, lead qualification, objection handling, CRM updates, and achieving sales goals, alongside skills such as exceptional communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work under pressure. Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calls:

Reach out to potential and existing customers by phone to promote products or services, gather information, and schedule follow-up calls.

Inbound Calls:

Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve complaints, and process orders or payments.

Lead Generation & Qualification:

Identify potential customers, understand their needs, and convert them into qualified leads for the sales team.

Data Management:

Maintain and update customer records, call logs, and other relevant information in the company's CRM system.

Customer Relationship Building:

Build rapport with customers, ensure a positive customer experience, and foster long-term relationships.

Target Achievement:

Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales, lead generation, or customer interaction.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on company products, services, pricing, and industry trends to provide accurate details and suggestions to customers.

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve overall customer experience and campaign effectiveness.
Key Skills

Communication:

Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to handle customer objections, resolve issues, and suggest appropriate solutions to customer needs.

Organization & Time Management:

Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, handle high-pressure situations, and maintain accurate records.

Computer & CRM Proficiency:

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software for data entry and record-keeping.

Adaptability:

Ability to handle rejection positively, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to different customer personalities and needs.
