Responsibilities

Handle Inbound Inquiries:

Answer incoming calls, provide information, and resolve customer queries.

Lead Follow-Up:

Engage with prospective leads and convert them into customers.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Collaborate with Team:

Work closely with team members to strategize and improve call processes. Communicate with customers in a professional and persuasive manner

Report Generation:

Assist in preparing daily and periodic reports on call activities.

Should have good communication skills in following languages :-

Hindi

English

Tamil

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
