Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to students who have shown interest in our institution.
Handle incoming calls and explain about our institution, facilities, and available courses.
Clearly communicate course structure, duration, fees, and benefits.
Guide students through the admission process.
Maintain proper call logs and update student details in the CRM/system.
Follow up with interested students until admission is completed.
Support marketing and admission campaigns by providing student feedback and responses.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any discipline).
Excellent communication skills in
Tamil & English
.
Ability to explain institution and courses confidently.
Strong convincing and student-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, CRM).
Experience in telecalling/education counseling preferred (Freshers can also apply).
