Job Description

We're looking for a highly motivated and empathetic Tele-Counsellor to join our dynamic team. Your main goal will be to engage with enquired leads, provide comprehensive information on our diverse range of cosmetology treatments, and encourage them to book a consultation at our clinic. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and Tamil, a strong understanding of our services, and a passion for helping individuals achieve their aesthetic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Engagement:

Call enquired leads to understand their concerns and introduce them to Maynee Cosmetology Clinic.

Treatment Knowledge & Education:

Provide detailed information on various cosmetology treatments offered, including skin care, hair care, body shaping, and cosmetic surgery.

Benefits & Expertise Promotion:

Clearly explain the unique benefits of choosing Maynee Cosmetology Clinic, such as our expert team, personalized solutions, US FDA-approved equipment, and high success rates.

Consultation Scheduling:

Skillfully guide leads to book a personal consultation at the clinic.

Query Resolution:

Patiently and professionally address all inquiries and concerns from potential clients.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead statuses.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on the latest cosmetology trends and clinic offerings.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills in both English and Tamil is mandatory.

Experience in tele-counselling, sales, or customer service, preferably in healthcare, beauty, or wellness. Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex information clearly. Empathetic and patient approach to client interactions. Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency. Knowledge of cosmetology treatments is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent.
