Job Title:

Telecalling Executive - Insurance Broking

Location:

Ekkaduthangal, Chennai

Experience:

0-2 years (Freshers may apply)

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain insurance products and services. Follow up on leads generated through various sources (digital campaigns, referrals, etc.). Provide accurate information about different insurance plans (life, health, motor, general). Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable policies. Schedule appointments for Relationship Managers / Sales Agents if needed. Maintain customer database and call records using CRM tools. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management. Handle customer queries and assist with the policy issuance or renewal process.

Required Skills:



Good communication skills in Tamil & English Confident, polite, and customer-oriented approach. Basic knowledge of insurance products (training will be provided). Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is a plus.

Qualifications:



Minimum HSC (12th Pass) Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / insurance sales is an advantage. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
