We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our insurance sales team. In this role, you will reach out to potential customers, explain our insurance products, address their queries, and help them choose the right policy. You will play a key role in achieving our sales targets and building lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential customers to explain insurance products (life, health, motor, etc.) and services.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline to achieve monthly targets.
Handle objections and convince prospects about product benefits.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales using CRM systems.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on insurance products, policy changes, and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
Experience:
Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 2 years of telecalling/sales experience, preferably in insurance, banking, or financial services.
Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills (Malayalam & English; regional language a plus).
Persuasive and target-oriented approach.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Others:
Ability to handle rejections positively and work under pressure.
