Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or sales.
Follow up with prospects via phone and email.
Explain products or services to customers and answer questions.
Record and maintain customer information in the database.
Schedule appointments and follow-ups for the sales team.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
Provide excellent customer service and handle objections professionally.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Minimum 12th pass.
Excellent verbal communication in [languages required - English and regional language].
Good listening skills and a positive attitude.
Prior experience as a telecaller or in customer service is a plus.
