Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and prospective clients to promote logistics services
Attend and resolve inbound customer calls related to deliveries, pickups, and shipment tracking
Coordinate with the operations and dispatch teams for timely logistics support
Update and maintain customer call logs and CRM systems
Follow up on sales leads and assist in scheduling meetings or appointments
Provide shipment status updates, resolve delays, and communicate proactively with clients
Handle basic logistics documentation and client onboarding assistance
Requirements:
1-3 years of telecalling experience
, specifically in the
logistics or transport industry
Strong verbal communication skills in
Tamil and English
Familiarity with logistics operations, tracking systems, and documentation
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
