Job Title: Telecaller - Sales

Experience Required:

6 months - 2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)

Salary:

?15,000 - ?20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Make

outbound calls

to prospective customers and clearly explain product details.

Generate leads

and convert inquiries into sales.

Follow up

with potential customers to close deals. Maintain and update

customer records in CRM

. Handle

objections and customer concerns

professionally.

Achieve monthly sales targets

and contribute to team goals. Provide

after-sales support

and resolve basic queries.

Skills & Requirements:

Excellent communication skills

in Hindi, English, and Marathi (preferred). Ability to

convince and influence

potential customers.

Basic computer knowledge

; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.

Target-driven

, confident, and positive approach. Prior experience in

BPO, telecalling, or sales

is preferred.
