We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller/
Telesales Executive
to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products or services, and generating leads or closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain the company's products/services and convince customers to make a purchase or book an appointment.
Answer queries and handle objections professionally.
Maintain detailed records of calls, customer information, and sales status in CRM.
Follow up with interested customers via calls, SMS, or emails.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers at all times.
